The aim of this project is to beautify the existing Sancha Lake Bridge and use the bridge as a demonstration project for advanced sustainable materials and systems. The proposal is a series of floating sculptural objects that are located atop and aside of the bridge. The sculptures take inspiration from swimming fish.

The objects would glow at night like a series of lanterns dancing across the bridge. The sculptures would be wrapped in the latest organic solar cells. The organic solar cells are transparent and are flexible enough to wrap around the forms. The solar cell companies will replace the solar cells in five year. The structure for the elements would also be coated in photocatalytic coatings in a similar way to scheme 2. We would use either titanium dioxide or silver dioxide.
